Take a Hint! And Feel Good About It!

Today's Hint: If you are past having small children in your house (or not, whichever) you may find yourself lingering at the school supplies at your local store. And if you long to buy supplies (even though you don't need them yourself) at the bargain prices, check to see if your local school needs supplies for underprivileged children. Then go shopping and pick up some "needed" items and drop them off at your local school. You'll be glad you did.

Aw, that's a good hint. I'm always wanting to buy school supplies-- and sometimes I buy them to draw with/on/in. But this might satisfy my inexplicable draw to them.

That is such a good suggestion. These days when so many are out of work, if we have a bit extra to share it will do so much for someone else!!

This is a wonderful idea. Here in California, the teachers have to start buying their own paper and supplies about 1/4 of the way through the year, and that's on an already small salary. I'm sure it's the same all over, with school budgets often being the first to be cut. Thanks for passing along a fantastic way to help!
